Our History

C Cushions was founded in 1980 by father-son duo Tucker and Bill Coxwell, who set out to create a durable, waterproof cushion for their sailboat. Unable to find a suitable option, they decided to design their own. This innovation led to the birth of C Cushions. Over the next 40+ years, with Bill at the helm (we couldn't resist the pun!), the company expanded its reach, growing from serving the recreational, commercial, and industrial maritime industries to also supplying products for medical, aeronautical, automotive, and outdoor power equipment sectors. In November 2024, Brenda Hudson acquired C Cushions and is dedicated to carrying on the legacy, continuing to provide the highest quality cushions on the market.
